Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor

Hello! I’m Colleen, a therapist with experience supporting individuals and families in both residential and outpatient mental health and substance use settings, as well as community mental health. I earned my Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University with a focus on clinical practice.
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma and PTSD, substance use, grief, anger, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, and major life transitions such as divorce, empty nest seasons, and post-graduation adjustments. I am also a proud LGBTQ+ ally and am committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space for all clients.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore your experiences and emotions. I take a strengths-based, solution-focused approach while also helping you examine deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s getting in the way and create meaningful, practical steps toward growth and healing.
I strive to bring empathy, curiosity, and genuine connection into every session. Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to walking alongside you.

Hi there! I am Sam, a therapist who works with adult individuals and couples, specializing in trauma.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist–Individual (CCTS-I), providing specialized, trauma-informed care to those healing from difficult or overwhelming experiences. I work with adults ages 18 and older and also offer couples and marriage counseling. My clinical experience allows me to support clients navigating a wide range of concerns while tailoring treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
My approach is rooted in mindfulness-based practices and grounded in compassion, authenticity, and respect. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling validated and empowered, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Psychology and Gender Studies. I have worked in the behavioral health field since 2014 and remain deeply passionate about helping individuals cultivate balance, resilience, and overall wellness in their lives.
